Sessions are versatile and can be on a 1-1 basis, in pairs or small groups. PT sessions can take place either outside using a wide variety of exercise equipment or for members, The Gym Portsmouth Fratton. The Gym is well equipped with high-spec equipment and spacious. It offers great value for money with no-contract memberships starting from just £17.99 a month.

Bootcamp training sessions are open to absolutely everyone, whatever your age, ability or level of fitness. Sessions our designed to be adaptable for all ensuring everyone gets a really good workout realative to their own fitness levels. Every session is different with a mix of exercises to work the whole body combining strength, mobility and cardio.
Come along and give it a go, one thing you can be promised is plenty of fun!
Cost £5 per session on a pay as you go basis. Parking available on street.
